Individual Therapy 

I offer Intermodal Movement and Enactment Therapy, including two chairs' Psychodrama/Gestalt process. This impactful approach gently taps into inner resources through engagement with imagination. The therapeutic exploration is experiential, grounded in creativity and imagination, and rooted in humanist-existential ideas.
     Throughout our time together, we will creatively engage with your imagination, fostering new awareness and facilitating meaningful shifts that resonate with you and your circumstances. While sitting and talking are welcome aspects of our sessions, I encourage you to delve into one or various creative expressions during our meetings and at home. No art skills are needed at all. 
     This intermodal approach allows for a rich and dynamic exploration of your inner and outer world, fostering change and personal growth.

Fees:

$135 (60 min) - First Session: $85

• I strive to make my services available and offer a sliding-scale fee option for those who require financial assistance.

• Fees are paid to me via e-transfer after the session or later on the same day.

• Twenty-four hours notice of cancellation is required.
